Do I have to sign a contract with TRES?
No TRES plan requires a contract. Every plan is month to month with no setup fee, and an agent can cancel at any time.
Can TRES guarantee I will rank number one on Google?
TRES cannot guarantee a number one ranking on Google, and neither can anyone else — no company controls Google or any AI platform. What TRES commits to is that the work gets done and that the agent sees a scoreboard every month.
What do I actually have to do each month?

I am with a brokerage. Can I have my own Google Business Profile?
An agent at a brokerage can have their own Google Business Profile. Google allows real estate agents to list as individual practitioners, and TRES sets the profile up the way Google's rules require so it does not get suspended.
Does TRES write reviews for me?
Never. TRES makes it easy for real clients to leave a review right after closing. Writing reviews or screening out unhappy clients violates Google's policies and the FTC's rules.
