• Definition

For this Privacy Policy, "personal data" refers to the information that personally and specifically identifies the Users as individuals. This also includes the items listed below.
 

• Registering for Services

Users may make their personal data, including their name, email address, username, and password, available to Top Real Estate Systems when they register for its Services, subscribe to its newsletters, take part in contests and special events, request technical support or communicate with Top Real Estate Systems, and when using the services of Top Real Estate Systems wherein the personal data is required for use and/or participation.

Users might also share their banking or credit card information, birth date, and other personal information when making in-application purchases ("In-Application Purchases") from third-party providers through the Services, including but not limited to physical or digital merchandise.   Top Real Estate System may also use the information the Users provided when they register for the Services to facilitate registration when making their In-Application Purchases.
 

• Information about Users Received from an SNS
   

When Users access the Services through various social networking sites (referred to here as "SNS") like Facebook or Twitter, the Users allow Top Real Estate Systems to access certain information from their profile on the said sites. The information that the Users allow Top Real Estate Systems to access varies according to the application and the SNS used. It is also affected by the SNS' privacy settings that the Users and their friends have selected. Furthermore, the Users can also control and find out more about these settings on the SNS they use. 

For example, Top Real Estate Systems may access and store some or all of the following information, as long as the Users, the SNS, and their preferences allow it:

• First and last name

• Profile picture or its URL

• User ID number, which is linked to publicly available information such as name and profile photo

• Users' ID numbers and other public data for Users' friends

• Login email provided to the SNS during registration

• Users' physical location and that of their devices

• Gender

• Birthday

 

By using the Services via SNS, Users are authorizing the collection, storage, and use by Top Real Estate Systems, per this Privacy Policy, any and all information that the Users allowed the SNS to provide to Top Real Estate Systems.
 

• Optimize User Experience

To provide the Users with an optimized user experience, Top Real Estate Systems may collect, store and use personal data. For example, the information collected may be used for the following.

• Creation of Users' accounts

• Provide enhanced interaction with Top Real Estate Systems' apps and websites

• Manage any in-application features, 

• Notify Users of in-application updates

• Provide technical support

• Respond to Users' inquiries

• Mobile Devices

Top Real Estate Systems may collect device identifiers, including MAC Address and IP Address. They may assign to their devices an identifier similar to an account number upon accessing its Top Real Estate Systems' Services on mobile and tablet devices. 

 

Additionally, Top Real Estate Systems may collect the name Users have associated with their device, device type, telephone number, country, and any other information the Users choose to provide, such as user name, character name, geo-location, or email address. It may also access Users' contacts to enable Users to invite friends to join them in the Services.
 

• Location Data

Top Real Estate Systems may collect and process location data to provide location-related Services and advertisements when Users decide to use its location-enabled Services.   

 

Top Real Estate Systems may use various technologies, GPS, Wi-Fi or other network-based data such as IP address to determine location. But the Users' GPS locations are not accessed without their consent. Also, Top Real Estate Systems will not share Users' geo-location with third parties without their permission. 

 

However, Top Real Estate Systems may anonymously provide the Users' available geo-locations to third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  Please note that Top Real Estate Systems might also share the Users' anonymous course location with its partners.

The End Users can turn off the location-enabled Services (if applicable) by visiting the "settings" page within the relevant application of their respective mobile device.  If the End Users choose to disable any location-enabled Services, they will not be able to utilize certain features of the Services.
 

• Other Purposes

Top Real Estate Systems may collect, store, and use personal data for the following purposes. 

• Solicit feedback from Users to help improve the products and Services provided by Top Real Estate Systems 

• Inform Users about new products or promotional material offered by Top Real Estate Systems or its trusted third-party business partners and affiliates

• Notify Users about changes to Top Real Estate Systems' Services or other products

• Provide Users with advertising and marketing material from Top Real Estate Systems and its trusted business partners

• Communicate with Users for other commonly accepted purposes, such as notifying them that they are a potential contest winner.

 

Finally, Top Real Estate Systems may collect and use personal data as required or permitted by applicable law.
 

• Data Storage

Top Real Estate Systems may store and/or transfer the Users' personal data outside of the United States in accordance with the applicable laws and the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
 

• Third-Party Privacy Policies

While accessing or using Top Real Estate Systems' Services, Users may interact with any of the following third parties.

 

• Application stores

• Mobile software platforms

• Social networking services

• Payment providers

 

Users recognize and agree that Top Real Estate Systems is not liable for the possible use of the Users' personal data. The Users are strongly encouraged to review the privacy policies of these third parties.

Top Real Estate Systems may make available links through advertisements or enable you to access third-party products or services. The Users' are advised to be cautious while using products or services that are not affiliated with or controlled by Top Real Estate Systems.  

 

Top Real Estate Systems is not responsible for the said individuals or companies, the content of their products or services, the use of the information they collect and the Users provide to them, or any products or services they may offer. 

 

Providing links or otherwise enabling access to third-party products or services does not constitute sponsorship of or affiliation with those people or companies.
 

• User Generated Content

The Users should be aware of the open nature of certain social networking, and other open features of the Services Top Real Estate Systems may make available to Users. The Users may choose to disclose data about themselves in the course of contributing user-generated content to the Services, including, but not limited to: 

 

• Account personas

• Pictures

• Forum posts

• Chat posts

• Tweets

• Facebook postings, profiles, and any other text

• Widgets, messages, links, emails, video, sound, graphics, code

• All other audiovisual or other material appearing on or emanating to and/or from the Services and any content contributed by the User to the Services ("User Content")

 

Any User Content disclosed during the use of the Services is public information, and there is no expectation of privacy or confidentiality. 

 

Top Real Estate Systems is not responsible for any personal data Users choose to make public in any of these forums.
 

• Minors

Top Real Estate Systems refrains from knowingly collecting personal data from children under 13 without securing their legal guardians' consent. In the event that Top Real Estate Systems learns that it has unintentionally collected or stored personal data from children under 13 years old without their legal guardians' consent, Top Real Estate Systems assures that it will take all reasonable measures to erase the said personal data from their storage promptly

Non-Personal Data

• Definition

For this Privacy Policy, "non-personal data" refers to the following: 

 

1. Information that does not directly identify Users

   2. "Aggregate" and "de-personalized" information is the data Top Real Estate Systems collects about the use of Top Real Estate Systems Services, from which any personally identifiable data has been removed.

Top Real Estate Systems may utilize various tools or third-party analytical software to collect and use certain non-personal data automatically. The users will not be identifiable through the use of these tools or third-party analytical software. Typically, the non-personal data that Top Real Estate Systems may collect and use usually include, but are not limited to:

 

• Device properties, such as, but not limited to:

  • IP address

  • Media Access Control ("MAC") address

  • Unique device identifier or other device identifiers ("UDID");

• Device software platform and firmware

• Mobile device carrier

• Geographical data like zip code, area code, and course location

• Game progress, score, and achievements

• Other non-personal data that Top Real Estate Systems may require to enhance the Services and other Top Real Estate Systems products.

• Trusted Partners and Contractors

Top Real Estate Systems may use and reveal some of the non-personal data collected to its affiliated companies, participating sports leagues and teams, other trusted persons or businesses, and contractors for various purposes such as:

 

• Auditing

• Researching and analyzing usage of the Services, 

• Ensuring the technical functionality of Top Real Estate Systems' Services

• Offering products and services to Users

• Further, develop the Services and other Top Real Estate Systems products 

• Cookies, Beacons, and Tracking

Top Real Estate Systems might use "cookies" and other technologies like pixel tags, clear GIFs, web beacons, and locally shared objects. It treats the information collected by cookies and similar technologies as non-personal data.

A "cookie" is a small bit of record-keeping information sent to the Users' computers. The cookies used by Top Real Estate Systems do not include personal data and typically be used to do the following. 

 

• Facilitate Users' login authentication

• Help Users navigate around the Top Real Estate Systems website

• Monitor how many people are using the Services

• Store Users' preferences and track trends

 

Most browsers are programmed to accept cookies. However, the Users can disable these or set their browsers to indicate when a cookie is being sent.  Unfortunately, disabling these cookies might affect the Users' ability to use the Services.
 
Top Real Estate Systems may also use web beacons and pixel tags to count the Users who visited certain pages or viewed certain advertisements. 

 

Web beacons, like cookies, do not include personal data. Emails and other electronic communications that Top Real Estate Systems send to Users may contain pixel tags that enable it to track your communication usage, including the information as to what links were followed and/or if the communication was opened.
 

• Ad Serving Technology
  Top Real Estate Systems reserves the right to use and disclose the collected non-personal data for advertisement purposes by Top Real Estate Systems or its trusted contractors and partners. Top Real Estate Systems may utilize third-party ad-serving technologies that employ various methods to collect information as ad-serving outcomes through the Services.
  
  Top Real Estate Systems or third parties operating the ad-serving technology may use demographic, location information, and information logged from Users' hardware or device to ensure that appropriate advertising is presented within the Service.

Top Real Estate Systems or third parties may collect and use data for this purpose, including, but not limited to:

• IP address (including for purposes of determining your course location)

• UDID, MAC, software, applications, hardware, browser information

• Internet and online usage information 

• In-app information.

The foregoing data may be used and disclosed following this Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of the company providing the ad-serving technology.

Users recognize and agree that the advertising companies who deliver ads for Top Real Estate Systems may combine the information collected with other data they have independently collected from other services or products. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies. These ad-serving technologies may be integrated into the Services; if Users do not want to be subject to this technology, do not use or access the Services.

Although Top Real Estate Systems may take commercially reasonable steps to instruct such advertising companies to comply with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, It does not have access to or control of third-party technologies.
